The Kirstein Building is located on 25 Bittner Street, Rochester, New York and is a six-story, brick, mill-type constructed building over a full unfinished basement.  The building was constructed in 1906 with a partial major renovation in 1984.  There is approximately 56,000 sq. ft. of gross built area above grade and 9,300 sq. ft. of basement area.  The building contains two modern elevators and is fully sprinkled. The heating, cooling, and electric systems were upgraded as part of the 1984 renovation.
